
MY PATH
My journey began with meditation.
In those moments of stillness, I discovered the power of awareness — the possibility of observing myself from within and connecting to something deeper than thought or action.
That simple practice opened the door to a world of self-knowledge, inner exploration and personal growth, where I began to understand how our inner world shapes the way we live, move, and relate.
As my curiosity grew, I immersed myself in the study of human consciousness, exploring tools such as the Enneagram, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Family Constellations.
Each of these paths helped me uncover different aspects of what it means to be human — our patterns, emotions, and the invisible dynamics that guide our lives.
Through this process, I learned that awareness itself can be transformative.
Later, I found my way into the world of yoga and movement.
Yoga taught me how to embody presence — to bring that inner awareness into the physical realm.
It showed me that the body is not separate from the mind; it is an expression of it.
Through movement, I began to understand that every gesture can become a meditation, every breath an act of consciousness.
Eventually, I expanded my practice into personal training, combining the precision of physical conditioning with the mindfulness of yoga and the depth of self-awareness work.
Although I’ve always been passionate about sport and strength training, it was only through this integrative approach that I truly understood what it means to train the whole human being — body, mind, and soul.
Today, my work is a synthesis of everything I have learned and lived.
I guide others to reconnect with their physical power, emotional intelligence, and inner clarity through movement, mindfulness, and conscious transformation.
Being Human was born from this path — a space to cultivate strength and stillness, awareness and vitality, action and presence.
A space to remember that being human is not something we achieve, but something we practice — every day, in every breath, and in every movement.
