MY PATH

My path to mindfulness and self-discovery began with a quest to understand the human psyche and find deeper meaning in life. This journey led me to become a certified Enneagram coach, allowing me to explore the intricacies of personality, motivation, and transformation. I've also immersed myself in the practice of yoga, completing a 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT), and experiencing firsthand the profound impact it can have on the mind, body, and spirit. To further deepen my understanding of systemic dynamics and healing, I have trained in family constellations for individual therapy, integrating this powerful approach into my work with personal and familial relationships.
 

For many years, I've been on a quest to explore something beyond my conscious understanding. I've yearned to expand my mind and my world. Through extensive travels and immersion in diverse cultures, connecting with people and gaining a wealth of experiences, I've discovered answers that have simultaneously given rise to even more profound questions.
 

Gradually, I began to shift my focus inward, delving deeper into self-discovery and a pursuit to better comprehend others. I started to observe myself closer and closer, realizing that even in my best actions Ego was behind them. Don't get me wrong, Ego helped me to achieve this point and I thank Life for that, but with Ego at a certain point comes suffering and I had enough, didn't you? 

 

 The key lies in observing, accepting and put presence in the present moment, honoring and loving it.

My intention isn't to offer you answers, for they often reside within us, awaiting discovery in the right place. Rather, I'm here to guide you in your process getting in Love with it, enjoying this gift we call Life with Joy and Peace.
