MY PATH
My journey began with meditation — in moments of stillness where I discovered the power of awareness.
That initial exploration opened the door to self-knowledge and inner work, leading me to study human consciousness through tools such as the Enneagram, NLP and systemic work.
Over time, yoga and movement became a way to embody that awareness — bringing presence into the physical realm.
Eventually, personal training allowed me to integrate strength, precision and mindfulness into one coherent approach.
Being Human was born from this path: a space where movement and stillness, action and presence, body and awareness meet.
Because being human is not something we achieve — it is something we practice, every day.
